The twin/double room I was given was complete with twin beds pushed together to make a large double, fresh towels, an HUGE balcony. The whole staff was really good. The location was great, with taverns and bars next to the hotel. I ate in the poolside restaurant nearby.

Food was good and I have nothing but pleasant memories from this trip. The place was clean, I booked the guest room with river views, everything was very good. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a laptop-size safe, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making facilities inside the room. The location was lovely and unbeatable there, to the main lounge area that was so big. All the services were excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at this family-friendly hotel. Stayed here with our kids and everything was very good. Beautiful location and overall the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating! Popped in Golden Pheasant Pub for shots before sleep, it was not too far from the venue. The service was accommodating as we had expected. Moreover, parking was close to property.
